Hello.

My name is Barry Flinn. I am fascinated by human behaviour and love to tell stories. Throughout my career, I have applied these twin passions to major challenges that have captured my imagination.

In 2012, I joined Ashoka Ireland, part of the world’s largest global network of social entrepreneurs. As Communications Manager, I primarily worked on building demand for 50 leading social entrepreneurs to launch their work in Ireland through our Change Nation platform.

In 2015, I moved to Uganda to pursue my interest in international development. As Head of Marketing for Fenix Intl, I played a senior role during a period of rapid growth, delivering affordable solar power systems to rural households across Africa.

In 2019, I took time off to travel, write and think. I am now looking for an exciting new challenge where my skills and experience contribute to something powerful.
